Clearpitch is a chromatic pitch pipe that has the features you need and is easy to use.
-You can blow in the microphone to play sound like a real pitch pipe!
-It supports four entire octaves.
-The pitch is always perfectly accurate and easy to hear because it is generated in-app.
-You can change the pitch tuning (A=440) a half step up or down.
-Play and change pitch with a simple and intuitive interface.
-The interface:
The outer buttons play as long as you hold them, for a quick reference.
The inner button, once tapped, plays until you tap it again.
Change octaves by dialing clockwise (up) and counterclockwise (down) around the button wheel.
